Our Client Success team works closely with CHROs, HR, and People Leaders through implementation, launch, and program renewal to deliver high impact programs that drive employee engagement and long- term partnership value.
Vivvi is seeking a Client Success Manager to help scale and support our growing portfolio of corporate partners. This person will work closely with our clients’ CHROs, HR, and People Leaders through implementation, launch and renewal of their care benefits. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, translating data into insights, and managing complex client engagements with care and precision.
