Client Success Manager – Native Spanish Speaker with Fluent Italian (m/f/x)

TLDR

Work closely with diverse teams to enhance customer satisfaction and retention in a rapidly growing fintech startup impacting the financial lives of clients.

You are a reliable contact person both for existing customers and for those interested in our services in Spain and Italy.
You answer inquiries from our customers by email.
You work closely with other departments to find quick solutions for more complex questions.
You are responsible for customer satisfaction and customer retention.
You continuously expand your financial knowledge through internal training as well as through self-interest.
You use the feedback of our customers and identify potential for improvement of our product as well as internal processes.
You will work closely with Product, Capital Markets, and Operations.

You have an affinity for capital market products and digital solutions.
You are experienced in supporting customers via phone, E-mail, and/or in person.
You have a genuine passion for customer service and ownership of the customer experience, including comprehensive issue resolution.
You can work independently in a dynamic, constantly changing environment.
You are a reliable and collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic environment.
You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or Economics; or a professional background in banking is preferred but not required.
You are a native Spanish speaker with strong professional fluency in Italian and English.
