We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Client Success Manager to join our team in Auckland, New Zealand, as part of the moomoo ANZ Client Success division.
In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our clients—ensuring satisfaction, driving product adoption, and achieving upsell targets. You will develop strong client relationships, gather and relay valuable feedback, and collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Upsell
• Identify potential client acquisition opportunities and build relationships with industry partners and channels.
• Develop and implement strategies to monitor client portfolios and identify upsell opportunities.
• Achieve defined KPIs related to client growth and product adoption.
Client Relationship Management & Retention
• Serve as the primary contact for moomoo ANZ’s priority clients in Auckland, maintaining strong, long-term relationships through regular engagement.
• Proactively address client needs, concerns, and feedback to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
• Resolve client issues efficiently, providing timely and professional support.
• Conduct client training sessions to help users maximize the value of moomoo’s products and services.
Internal Collaboration & Process Improvement
• Conduct regular business reviews to assess performance, identify challenges, and explore growth opportunities.
• Represent the client’s voice internally by sharing feedback and insights to enhance product development and customer experience.
• Collaborate with operations, trading desks, and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
• Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in sales and relationship management within asset management, financial planning, or similar sectors.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients at all levels.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Proven capacity to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset focused on client success and business outcomes.
• Demonstrated experience working collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proven ability to manage high-net-worth clients and professional relationships effectively.
• Familiarity with share investing or superannuation is an advantage.
