We’re looking for a Client Success Manager to help onboard and manage client accounts across the U.S. This is a highly client-facing role focused on building strong relationships, answering questions, and supporting clients throughout their journey with Industry FinTech.You’ll be the main point of contact for a group of clients, helping them stay organized, informed, and supported every step of the way.This is an ideal role for someone who is tech-savvy, personable, and great at follow-up — similar to a traditional account manager, with a light operational twist.

  • Onboard new clients and act as their main point of contact
  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts and ensure their needs are met
  • Respond to client questions and requests (mostly via email)
  • Upload documents and manage information in client portals
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure deliverables are completed on time
  • Track tasks, follow up consistently, and keep everything organized
  • Provide light reporting and updates to your team

  • Fluent English — both written and spoken, with clear and professional communication
  • Friendly, proactive, and highly organized
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning client-facing platforms
  • Experience with CRMs or project/task management tools is a plus
  • Previous experience in client success, account management, or customer support
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and communication habits
  • Confident working directly with clients and managing multiple accounts at once
  • Comfortable working remotely with U.S.-based teams
