Chartbeat is looking for a FatTail Client Success Manager to join our Commercial Operations team. We are passionate, agile, and solutions-oriented—and we're seeking individuals who share these values and want to make a meaningful impact in media.
Chartbeat prides itself on a unique and high touch client success model from onboarding through to post launch support. As a Client Success Manager you will act as a consultant to the client, developing a meaningful business relationship and helping to drive adoption and utilization of the FatTail platform. You will stay in tune with the needs of the client so that you can help inform and influence the development of new features, as well as continuously improve the services and support we provide to our clients.
