You’ll work closely with engaged stakeholders, collaborate with multiple internal teams, and gain deep exposure to the investment technology landscape. Your key responsibilities as a Client Success Manager will include:

  • Proactively identifying potential issues and recommending innovative solutions to help clients succeed.
  • Staying up to date with our products and each client’s business needs to provide relevant, value‑added insights.
  • Monitoring client usage and engagement to ensure they get maximum benefit from our services.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to align client needs with our product and service development strategy.

You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Client Success Manager:

  • You must have proven customer success experience within the finance or financial services industry.
  • Experience using Salesforce
  • You will have excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • You should have strong influencing, negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • You will be confident in building trusted, long‑lasting relationships.
  • You must be adept at managing multiple priorities with diligence and attention to detail.
