Client Success Executive, Digital Marketing

Manage assigned accounts while collaborating with internal teams to ensure exceptional client satisfaction and project execution in the ever-evolving digital marketing landscape.

As a Client Success Executive, you'll support the business development team while managing and nurturing strong client relationships. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams - account management, ad operations, and influencer management—to ensure seamless project execution that exceeds client expectations.

What You Will Do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned accounts by developing strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Serve as the liaison between local clients and the regional operations team, facilitating proposal development and ensuring smooth project execution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account, and influencer management teams…, to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare and proceed with related paperwork (contracts, liquidations,..)
  • Up-selling/ cross-selling on available clients.
  • Finding new business opportunities by approaching new clients
  • Supporting the team to prospect, pitch, and close sales.
  • Engaging in search and research to identify customer’s key needs.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 1 year of working experience as a Sales Account/ Client Success, or a similar role in the digital marketing industry
  • Experience in professional client relationship management.
  • Proficient English. 
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills and well-organized with a good sense of responsibility
  • Good strategic thinking, analytical and listening skills.
  • Clear mindset, result-oriented with passion for work
  • Experience in a fast-paced work environment is a plus
