Envoy Global seeking a proactive, client-centric professional to serve as the primary relationship manager for Envoy’s Client Sponsor Accounts and Foreign Nationals, while also driving targeted business development efforts for Envoy clients interested in our client’s services. This role ensures that Envoy clients receive exceptional, proactive management to make their process and journey seamless.

Additionally, this role will act as a resource for Envoy Global clients and the Envoy Global sales team when new opportunities arise—showcasing and pitching our client’s services, benefits, and processes. The ideal candidate combines structured account management discipline, comfort working with immigration-adjacent processes (non-legal advisory), and strong cross-functional coordination, along with a strong sales approach to expand service adoption across new and existing accounts.

As our Client Success & Business Development Specialist, you will be required to: 

  • Manage the key accounts for proactive engagement and retention through the program. 
  • Deepen relationships to proactively engage with Sponsors while anticipating program start date. 
  • Keep sponsors up to date on program benefits, timelines, responsibilities and prepare them for next steps to ensure smooth onboarding. 
  • Keep Envoy and Client teams updated of any changes with the named account and work to resolve any challenges that could impact success. 
  • Flag risks early and coordinate remediation.
  • Manage the status of each sponsor, including assisting with the requests, documents, and /or communication sent out by both Envoy and  affiliated firm CIP PC to avoid multiple outreaches to the sponsor. 
  • Partner with Envoy Operations, CIP Attorneys, and our client’s solutions to ensure smooth employer client experience. 
  • Follow-up with sponsors to take required action, as needed.
  • Partner with client operations teams to ensure successful onboarding and ensure a positive EB3 client experience for foreign nationals within the client program.
  • As needed, work with teams to educate and inform Foreign Nationals in selected programs on any questions or next steps. 
  • Work as a liaison and Subject Matter Expert (SME) with Envoy Cross Sell team and Business Development team to identify and qualify prospects for client immigration services.
  • Lead discovery sessions to understand client priorities, eligibility considerations, and timeline sensitivities; scope solutions and set expectations with the sales team and client teams.
  • Deliver product / service overviews, collateral, and ROI narratives; coordinate demos and walkthroughs with prospective clients.

What You May Need to be Successful:

  • Experience:
    • 3–5+ years in account management, client success, or business development, HR/Talent, staffing, or professional services. 
    • Legal background and/or knowledge of immigration processes strongly preferred.
  • Functional Skills:
    • Proven success managing accounts for long-term success
    • Experience managing complex caseloads)
    • Consultative selling capabilities, including presentation skills and value selling.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building; 
    • High attention to detail; solutions-oriented mindset; resilience under time-sensitive conditions.
  • Education:
    •  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, HR, or related field—or equivalent experience is required.

Annual Salary Range: $70,000–$85,000
