Client Success Associate

£35,000 – £45,000 per year

Who we are looking for

As a Client Success Associate, you are the front-line champion for our learners and a key driver of operational excellence for our emerging accounts. Your core function is to ensure that every user interaction reflects the quality and integrity of our brand while protecting predictable revenue through proactive account management.

You manage the balance between proactive account management for smaller clients and providing high-quality support to our global learner community. By resolving challenges with empathy and identifying growth opportunities, you turn user satisfaction into long-term commercial success.


Job Description
Customer Operations & Delivery
  • Support the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth and well-coordinated setup
  • Execute learning programme launches, including scheduling, communications, and platform setup
  • Ensure all client deliverables are completed accurately and on time
Engagement Execution
  • Monitor learner activity and platform engagement metrics
  • Support the rollout of campaigns to drive adoption and usage
  • Identify and flag engagement risks or drop-offs early
Reporting & Insights
  • Assist in the production of client reports and dashboards
  • Maintain accurate data across internal systems (e.g. CRM, reporting tools)
  • Support the preparation of materials for client meetings and QBRs
Internal Coordination
  • Act as a central point of coordination across Customer Success, Product, and Content teams
  • Track actions, deadlines, and dependencies to ensure smooth delivery
  • Help standardise and improve internal processes over time
Customer Health Support
  • Maintain up-to-date records on customer activity and status
  • Support renewal preparation by ensuring strong operational foundations and reporting
Qualifications
Essential
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working with data (e.g. Excel/Google Sheets)
  • Proactive and reliable, with a “gets things done” mindset
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
  • Excellent relationship builder with strong communication and interpersonal skills

Desirable
  • Experience in a customer-facing, operations, or project coordination role
  • B2B multi-stakeholder relationship experience
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot)
  • Interest in digital learning, or macro trends in finance, sustainability, or AI
  • Proven track record working at a SaaS company within the GTM function
