We are looking for a Client Solutions Manager to join our team in Korea, where you will represent Spotify in the local market and help brands connect meaningfully with audiences.

What you'll do:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their business goals and marketing challenges
Act as the main point of contact, ensuring high client satisfaction and long-term partnerships
Develop and execute effective advertising strategies aligned with client objectives
Support campaign planning, launch, and optimization across Spotify’s advertising solutions
Monitor campaign performance and analyze data to generate actionable insights
Provide clear recommendations to improve results and maximize campaign effectiveness
Work closely with internal teams such as sales, creative, and technical partners to ensure seamless execution
Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies
Bring fresh ideas and insights to help clients stay ahead in a competitive market
What you need for this role:
2–3 years of experience in account management or client-facing roles
Bachelor’s degree or higher (Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences, or similar preferred)
Solid understanding of online advertising, analytics, and social media platforms
Strong knowledge of digital trends, market dynamics, and growth opportunities
Structured, analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects across teams in a fast-paced environment
Excellent Excel skills
Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
Fluency in Korean and English with the ability to communicate effectively internally and externally
