We are looking for a Client Solutions Manager to join our Snapchat team in South Korea. In this role, you will work closely with the Snap sales team and advertisers to design, execute, and optimize high-performing Snapchat campaigns. You will play a critical role in translating client objectives into effective media strategies while ensuring seamless campaign delivery and strong client satisfaction.
What you’ll do
Partner closely with the Snap sales team to understand advertiser objectives and recommend best-in-class Snapchat campaign strategies.
Support media planning exercises by evaluating, structuring, and implementing effective Snap media plans.
Build strong working relationships with Snap sales stakeholders and advertisers to ensure campaign success and satisfaction.
Proactively engage with advertisers on an ongoing basis, anticipating needs and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Act as a subject matter expert on Snapchat and Aleph (Entravision) advertising solutions.
Support advertisers in setting up, executing, and optimizing Snapchat campaigns to ensure smooth and efficient delivery.
Measure and analyze campaign performance, identifying success drivers and areas for improvement, and feeding insights back into solution enhancements.
Stay immersed in the evolving digital media landscape, contributing thought leadership and adapting to new Snapchat products and partnerships.
What you need for this role
3+ years of experience in campaign management for digital or social media platforms.
Strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystems and performance-driven marketing.
Proven ability to translate advertiser marketing objectives into measurable results.
Experience analyzing campaign performance and recommending data-driven optimizations.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong attention to detail.
Comfortable in a client-facing role with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent professional experience.
Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required.
