Your Impact Sharethrough is looking for an exceptionally motivated and solution-driven Client Solutions Manager with experience to become a valuable member of our Demand Side team. Your primary responsibility will involve supporting and nurturing key account clients within Agencies and Brands. You'll excel in comprehending and flawlessly executing their digital advertising strategies and campaign objectives. Your ability to foster relationships, both externally with clients and internally with the team will be crucial as you collaborate closely with our Sales organization. Together, you'll craft innovative solutions for our current and future partners, contributing to the growth of your book of business and Sharethrough as a whole. Your industry knowledge and proficiency in account management will be assets as you collaborate with our high-performing team to exchange strategies and further enrich your expertise.
About the Role
- Foster and support the growth of strategic partnerships of key accounts through premium customer service and industry knowledge
- Actively engage with clients in market, taking part in client meetings, and participate in hosting and attending on-site meetings and events in coordination with the Sales team
- Work with the team to make critical decisions to prioritize and implement solutions with key stakeholders
- Fulfillment of demand-side operational requirements, ensuring a smooth campaign launch for successful post-launch operations
- Leverage your experience in DSP (Demand-Side Platform) functionality by providing support in identifying and resolving issues that arise during the execution of campaigns
- Strong experience in analyzing performance data, measuring it with client campaign objectives, and devising strategies to proactively implement in order to maximize campaign success and achieve client KPIs
- Comfortable in utilizing multiple reporting tools for data collection and data manipulation to make informed decisions and provide effective insights externally
- Identify additional revenue and performance opportunities to enhance existing business growth and secure and convert additional ad spend with Sharethrough
- Collaborate with the team by providing strategic recommendations on your book of business and campaigns to achieve quarterly objectives
- Act as the liaison between our internal Sharethrough stakeholders, including the Product Development team, to facilitate rapid adaptation to changes in the programmatic landscape, while ensuring our troubleshooting documentation is kept up to date.
- Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and work collaboratively with various departments within the organization, specializing in a particular subject area. Serve as a primary knowledge source for the team and engage in project efforts to ensure the accurate and successful implementation of projects within that subject
About You
- Good understanding of programmatic, adtech, self serve, DSPs, SSPs, PMPsPossess strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills
- Demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and time management skillsInitiates tasks independently, displaying proactivity, and able to effectively pivot to the shifting day-to-day priorities
- Comfortable with advanced optimization strategies, attribution techniques and other facets of the ad tech industry
- Comfortable with large data sets and data manipulation
- BS/BA or equivalent
