We’re looking for a Client Solutions Manager to join and support our regional Reddit team, someone who’s passionate about building relationships, solving challenges, and delivering outstanding results.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of the action: providing specialized central support to our clients, guiding them through every stage of their journey, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
What you'll do:
Advise, consult and improve organizational effectiveness
Manage existing business customer relationships, onboarding new strategic business clients, from the introduction of features to assisting with campaign creation and optimization
Cultivate successful client relationships
Contribute to scalable account management operations for future accounts
Provide regular proactive two-way communication between clients and teams, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations
Use feedback to inform the product and operations teams
Resolve client issues in an efficient, tactful manner, contributing to implementing solutions that prevent future problems
Serve as a subject matter expert
Manage campaign delivery processes and reporting on your own or by setting tasks to external partner teams
Work closely with cross-functional project teams to maintain continuous product knowledge
Manage contracts, contract renewals, and work with Finance and customers on invoices and payment collections
What you need for this role:
1-2 years proficiency in Account Management: creating, maintaining, and enhancing customer relationships
A Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences or similar
Expertise with online advertising, analytics, and social media
Outstanding knowledge of trends, markets, and opportunities
Positive attitude with a drive to go above and beyond
Detail-oriented and able to successfully manage and execute multiple cross-functional projects
Structured and analytical mindset
Excellent Excel skills
Strong communication, time management, and organization skills
Ability to efficiently communicate internally and externally with excellent communication skills in English
