The Client Solution Manager is responsible for building and nurturing strategic partnerships with a portfolio of advertisers, driving revenue growth, and ensuring client success on the Pinterest platform. This role demands a strategic individual with exceptional relationship-building skills, a deep understanding of digital advertising.
What you'll do:
Become an expert on Pinterest's advertising products and best practices. Educate clients on product features and benefits.
Develop and execute strategic account plans for major advertisers, aligned with their business objectives and marketing goals. Proactively identify growth opportunities and address challenges.
Proactively cultivate and sustain strong, long-term relationships with key client decision-makers, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their unique needs and provide expert guidance and support.
Drive revenue growth through effective account management, upselling, and cross-selling. Meet and exceed revenue targets.
Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and improve client ROI. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and the evolving digital advertising landscape.
What are we looking for:
3+years of experience in digital advertising sales, managing high-value relationships, driving strategic learning agendas, and leading client communication.
Excellent communication skills and experience managing projects that involve multiple stakeholders.
Self-motivated and result-oriented, ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
A collaborative team player who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment with both technical and non-technical teams.
