Are you a performance marketing expert who thrives on the data-driven world of biddable media? We are looking for a Client Solutions Manager to be the strategic engine behind our Pinterest partnership. You won't just manage accounts; you will be a trusted advisor, helping major advertisers translate their business objectives into high-performing, visual discovery campaigns. What you'll do:
  • Drive Strategic Growth: Own the "how" of the partnership by consulting on media strategy and creative best practices to drive revenue growth and client success.
  • Consultative Partnership: Act as a leading advisor to clients and agencies, deeply understanding their business goals and aligning Pinterest’s unique "full-funnel" solutions to meet them.
  • Technical Stewardship: Lead the technical onboarding and health of campaigns, including the implementation of the Pinterest Tag, API for Conversions, and e-commerce catalog health.
  • Performance Analysis: Utilize Pinterest Analytics to monitor KPIs, identify trends, and provide actionable insights that directly improve client ROI.
  • Upsell & Innovate: Identify opportunities for upselling through new product features and maintain expert-level knowledge of the product roadmap, including Alpha/Beta testing.
  • Educate the Market: Conduct workshops and platform sessions to educate clients on moving from traditional social ads toward high-quality, utility-driven visual content.
  • What are we looking for:
  • Biddable Media Experts: You must have 3–5+ years of experience in digital advertising, specifically working hands-on with biddable dashboards like Meta or Google.
  • Performance Marketing DNA: A deep understanding of performance-driven or "Lower Funnel" products is essential; you know how to navigate bidding models that go beyond fixed-rate buys.
  • Technical Fluency: You are comfortable discussing digital tracking (pixels, cookies, mobile measurement partners) and managing e-commerce catalogs.
  • Strong Communicators: You possess exceptional presentation skills and the ability to navigate resistance or objections from senior stakeholders.
  • Data Analysts: You have a proven ability to analyze complex data sets and transform them into clear, actionable reports for clients.
  • Location: You are based in (or willing to relocate to) Mumbai and are excited to collaborate in our office at least 2–3 times a week in a hybrid setup.
