Client Solutions Manager – (Aleph - Spotify)

  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships between Spotify and local/global advertisers and agencies in Indonesia. 
  • Develop consultative sales presentations, showcasing how Spotify’s advertising solutions can effectively connect brands with their target audiences. 
  • Partner with clients to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns, including performance analysis, reporting, and identifying opportunities for renewal and upselling. 
  • Stay up to date with digital, social, and audio media trends, applying insights to enhance client strategies and campaign performance. 
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and internal teams to deliver seamless campaign execution and strong client outcomes. 
  • Support business reviews, including performance tracking, competitive analysis, and strategic planning. 
  • Contribute to team growth by sharing best practices and mentoring junior team members where needed. 
  • Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 6 years of experience in digital media, client solutions, or advertising sales, working with advertisers and agencies. 
  • Strong network and established relationships with key marketing decision-makers in Indonesia. 
  • Proven track record of growing client accounts and driving revenue performance. 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Solid understanding of the digital media landscape, including social and audio platforms. 
  • Familiarity with Spotify’s advertising solutions is a strong advantage. 
  • Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset. 
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with minimal supervision. 
  • Strong understanding of the competitive digital marketplace in Indonesia.
  • Focus on managing and growing advertiser and agency relationships within the Indonesian market. 
  • Play a key role in strengthening Spotify’s commercial presence and driving revenue growth in the region.
