We are looking for a Client Solutions Manager to support our team in Zagreb, Croatia!
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about building strong relationships, solving complex challenges, and driving measurable business results.
In this role, you’ll act as a strategic partner to your clients, owning campaign performance, providing data-driven recommendations, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience from onboarding through ongoing growth.
What You’ll Do
Build, manage, and grow strong relationships with existing business clients
Assist in onboarding new strategic clients and guide them through campaign setup and activation
Own campaign performance across Microsoft advertising
Conduct account audits, analyze performance data, and deliver actionable optimization recommendations
Provide strategic guidance based on analytics, market trends, and business objectives
Identify opportunities for upselling and upscaling campaigns
Serve as a subject matter expert in search and performance advertising
Deliver regular performance reporting and proactive insights
Resolve client issues efficiently and implement solutions that prevent recurrence
Contribute to scalable account management processes and operational excellence
Work cross-functionally with product, operations, and performance teams
Maintain continuous product and industry knowledge
What You Need For This Role
3-4 years of experience in Digital Advertising / Client Success or Performance Marketing
Preferable Hands-on experience managing and optimizing Google Ads or Microsoft campaigns.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide strategic recommendations
Familiarity with tracking and attribution
Experience conducting campaign audits and driving optimization strategies
Proven ability to identify growth opportunities and support revenue expansion
Experience working in or with advertising agencies is highly preferred
Exposure to B2B marketing strategies is a strong advantage
Solid knowledge of online advertising, analytics, and digital performance metrics
Structured, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple cross-functional projects
Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
Positive, proactive attitude with a solutions-oriented mindset
