Our company partners with major banks, market centers, brokers, and information providers worldwide. The Cloud Operation team plays a crucial role in supporting the data delivery lifecycle, from vendors (e.g., New York Stock Exchange, Intercontinental Exchange, Morningstar) to our customers, hosted in AWS.

What will you do:

As a Client Solutions Engineer, you will be involved in various aspects of deploying and maintaining OneTick-based solutions for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Architecting complex, cloud-based, or on-premises deployments tailored to the specific needs of our clients.
• Implementing, testing, and deploying OneTick solutions using various tools and platforms.
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive monitoring tools and dashboards to ensure the smooth and reliable operation of OneTick solutions.
• Troubleshooting and resolving any issues or incidents during the deployment or operation of OneTick solutions.
  
  

General Requirements:

Key requirements for this role include analytical thinking, effective problem-solving, and communication skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in physics, computer science, math, engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in some or all of the following IT areas:
  • Scripting languages: Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
  • Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems.
  • Cloud computing.
  • Networking.
  • Database management.
  • Experience with DevOps tools and methodologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Jenkins, etc.).
  • Experience with monitoring tools and frameworks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
