Department Overview & Mission
The Client Solutions department is at the forefront of Fenergo’s growth strategy. The team works closely with prospective clients to showcase the product’s capabilities and align solutions to client needs. By leveraging deep industry and product knowledge, the team helps clients achieve both tactical and strategic goals, demonstrating the quantifiable value Fenergo can deliver.

Purpose of the Role
This specialised pre-sales role requires in-depth knowledge of Client Lifecycle Management from a functional, technical, implementation and operational perspective. The role demands strong communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse EMEA markets. As a predominantly client-facing position, it requires someone who can quickly understand critical client needs, draw on industry best practice, and outline optimal solutions.
The Client Solutions Consultant will work closely with the Regional Head of Client Solutions (EMEA), the Head of Sales (EMEA), and the wider EMEA sales team. Together, you will plan and execute strategies to support client needs using the Fenergo platform. The role involves detailed technical and functional support throughout the sales cycle, including demonstrations, workshops, and senior-level client interactions.
