Hi 👋
We are Bïrch. Our product is a mighty toolbox for all the things creative and growth marketing teams do — content creation, collaboration, and ad campaigns, all in one place. We’ve been in the game for over 9 years, trusted by 800+ companies and more than 5,500 marketers. With billions in ad spend running through our platform, we’re not just keeping up, we’re one of Meta’s fastest-growing partners and officially backed by both Meta and Google. Last year we rebranded from Revealbot to Bïrch, and we wrote about this transformation journey here.
As we grow and work with more enterprise-level clients, onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support are becoming more complex and no longer scale within our current setup. What used to be handled end-to-end by Sales now requires deeper, hands-on ownership. That’s why we’re looking for a dedicated Client Solution Specialist who already knows our product and is familiar with advertising and media buying, and can take full ownership of onboarding, implementation, and complex account setups.
🌍 Who are we?
We’re a remote-first team of friends spread around the world with an HQ in Barcelona. We’ve built one successful product and now transitioning to a broader vision. We hire globally and love meeting offline: last two years we were in Barcelona, the year before in Istanbul. Here’s our team’s Instagram that can show you more of who we are. We are a spicy mix of different cultures and backgrounds.
Requirements
🧑🎤 Who are you?
-
You’ve used Bïrch (Revealbot) from the client side and genuinely understand how the product works in real life.
-
You know media buying and performance marketing well, and you see where automation fits in the bigger picture.
-
You’re fluent in English, both in writing and in calls.
-
You come from a hands-on, client-facing role and understand how media buyers actually work day to day.
-
You enjoy working with complex, multi-step automation and like turning messy setups into something structured and scalable.
-
You can zoom out to design an automation strategy, then zoom back in and implement it carefully without missing the details.
✍🏼 What will you do?
You’ll work closely with Customer Success and Sales, focusing on hands-on implementation and practical client support. This isn’t a classic Customer Success or Media Buying role, it’s about turning complex enterprise marketing contexts into scalable automation inside the product. Your focus is building structured, reliable setups (not one-off rules), translating each client’s reality into logic and workflows that actually work. Your daily work will be divided into 2 main directions
Working with new clients:
- Joining enterprise leads during trials, onboarding, and second demos once accounts are connected.
- Collecting and understanding client context (goals, data sources, KPIs, constraints), directly or via Sales.
- Designing tailored account setups, including automation logic, rules, strategies, and risk areas.
- Walking clients through the proposed setup, explaining the “why,” and refining it during the trial.
- Adjusting rules and configurations to ensure automation is live and delivering value.
Working with existing clients
- Monitoring signals of low usage or underutilization.
- Treating these signals as opportunities to improve setups and unlock more value.
- Working closely with Dunja (Account Manager) to revisit and strengthen automation and account configurations.
How will you know you’re doing well?
After 3 months, you’ve onboarded at least one enterprise client end-to-end, with automation that goes live early and is actually being used during the trial and early subscription. The setup clearly delivers value and feels solid, not overcomplicated.
After 6 months, this becomes repeatable. Your onboarding and implementation work regularly helps convert enterprise trials or bring underused accounts back to life, with a clear uptick in automation usage thanks to better, smarter setups.

⛔️ Before you apply:
Let’s be honest — working with us isn’t all fun and pink unicorns (though it is a big part). Here are some potential challenges you’ll face:
-
Human complexity comes with the job. You’ll work closely with a wide range of clients, which means ambiguity, emotional context, and situations that don’t always have a clear or immediate answer.
-
Not everything is predictable upfront.. Expectations, priorities, and behavior may change, and that’s part of the job. If you’re comfortable navigating uncertainty and adapting on the go, you’ll do well here.
If all of that is not an issue for you, we would be happy to receive your application 🫶
