About the Role

The Client Service Team (CST) is the commercial engine of our business. As a Client Service Intern, you’ll be at the forefront of our operations, working on high-impact projects that support decision-makers from some of the world’s most influential organizations.

You’ll be responsible for identifying and connecting with senior executives and subject matter experts, evaluating their fit for our client’s knowledge needs. Your day-to-day will involve researching industries and companies, reaching out to professionals with unique market insights, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end experience for expert engagements.

Your work plays a pivotal role in the delivery of high-value insights that inform critical business decisions. This role is highly commercial and performance-driven — ideal for individuals looking to gain real-world experience in sales, negotiation, project delivery, and professional communication.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a university undergraduate program (final year or soon to be graduate)
  • Internship must be approved and accredited by your academic institution
  • A strong interest in business, markets, and commercial work environments
  • Fluent English and familiarity with professional/business vocabulary
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance culture
  • A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow
