As our UK business continues to grow, we are expanding our team with a Client Retention Account Manager who will play a key role in strengthening long-term customer relationships. In this role, you will maximise client satisfaction and loyalty by delivering proactive, value-driven support, tailored guidance, and data-led insights across customer lifecycle.
This is an evening-based role designed to support US trading hours, with typical working hours of 1pm–10pm UK time, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
Ensure client satisfaction and retention by maintaining professional and supportive relationships.
Build and nurture strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients.
Act in the best interest of clients by promptly addressing inquiries and consistently delivering top-tier service.
Promote positive client experiences to encourage favorable reviews and feedback.
Stay updated on the latest developments, products, and marketing promotions, and communicate this information effectively to clients.
Develop and implement strategies to re-engage inactive clients. Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
Adherence to the company’s legal guidelines and compliance policies.
Plan, organize, and conduct regular client meetings, as well as exclusive events such as sports events, concerts, and financial education sessions.
Requirments
Strong understanding of financial markets and trading concepts (e.g. margin, leverage, order types).Previous experience in FX/CFD trading, brokerage, or client retention roles is highly advantageous.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
Comfortable working towards clearly defined KPIs related to retention, reactivation, and client engagement.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.
A client-centered mindset with a dedication to providing outstanding service.
Demonstrates a clear interest in and solid understanding of the financial markets.
High level of reliability and integrity.
