🌍 The Role: Direct Sales Representative (Amsterdam, NL)

As a Direct Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of Viva.com for our clients, guiding merchants through every stage of their journey—from onboarding to long-term success. You’ll connect directly with entrepreneurs, unlock business potential through our solutions, and make sure merchants experience the very best Viva.com has to offer.

🎯 What You’ll Do

  • Act as a trusted advisor, visiting clients to present Viva.com’s services and solutions.
  • Support merchants through verification, onboarding, and activation.
  • Provide hands-on consultation to help businesses maximize our technology.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships across your portfolio.
  • Track performance, anticipate client needs, and proactively drive engagement.
  • Represent Viva.com at client sites, fintech events, and networking opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in business development, sales, or account management (ideally in fintech, payments, or financial services).
  • Solid understanding of financial products, digital payments, or SaaS solutions.
  • Experience with CRM tools and data-driven account management.
  • Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  • A natural relationship builder who thrives in diverse client environments.
  • Tech-savvy, curious, and eager to embrace innovation.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch.
