The Client Relationship Manager will play a pivotal role in both client acquisition (conversion) and client retention, promoting the company’s products and services through proactive, value-driven engagement. This hybrid role focuses on driving account funding, increasing trading activity, and nurturing long-term relationships with both prospective and existing clients. The successful candidate will combine excellent sales skills with a strong client service mindset to ensure a high-quality, compliant, and professional experience at every stage of the client lifecycle.
Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Proven experience in a hybrid client relationship role, ideally within the Forex or broader financial services industry

Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed both conversion and retention KPIs

Fluency in the local language of the target market and strong proficiency in written and spoken English, demonstrating exceptional professionalism and etiquette during client interactions

A university degree in Finance, Economics, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage

Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to convert leads into active clients and promote partnership opportunities
