Responsibilities:

Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
Adherence to the company’s legal guidelines and compliance policies.
Requirements:
Proficiency in German, with excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
Experience in handling clients within the financial services industry.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.
A client-centered mindset with a dedication to providing outstanding service.
High level of reliability and integrity.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, dynamic, and goal-oriented approach to work.
Holding a CySEC Basic certification is considered an advantage.
