In this role, you will be the primary guide for our students’ dance journeys. You aren't just selling lessons; you are providing a premium service by helping new clients navigate their goals—whether they are preparing for a wedding, seeking a new community, or looking for a creative outlet.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage the Client Journey: Act as the primary point of contact for new and existing students, ensuring every guest feels inspired, supported, and valued from their very first visit.
  • Consultative Enrollment: Engage with prospective students to understand their motivations and provide tailored solutions. You will guide them through the enrollment process, helping them commit to the programs and memberships that best align with their goals.
  • Drive Retention & Growth: Build and maintain lasting relationships. You will monitor student progress and maintain long-term connections to ensure our clients remain excited and engaged in their dance journey.
  • Studio Advocacy: Use your enthusiasm and professional energy to promote our unique studio offerings, specialized workshops, and community events.
  • Brand Excellence: Ensure the "Fred Astaire Experience" is delivered consistently, maintaining a warm, inviting, and high-end atmosphere for everyone who walks through our doors.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential students and understand their interests in dance.
  • Provide great customer service and share information about our classes, programs, and events.
  • Conduct follow-ups with leads and maintain positive, professional relationships.
  • Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet studio goals.
  • Track sales metrics and maintain accurate records of client accounts.
  • Participate in local marketing efforts and community events to promote the studio.

Qualifications:

  • Previous sales experience or a strong passion for customer service!
  • Friendly and enthusiastic personality.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with technology and learning new software tools.
  • A love for dance is a plus, but not required – come eager to learn!
