About this role:

Our Client Relations Team is growing! The team manages business client relationships, ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing account support. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for clients, coordinating with Banking, Business Growth, and Compliance teams to resolve requests efficiently and maintain high service standards.

You will contribute directly to client satisfaction, build strong business relationships, and support the company’s expansion across global markets. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-growing fintech environment while playing a key part in maintaining service excellence.

Reporting Line: Banking Lead 

Location: Limassol, Cyprus

Responsibilities: 

  • Be a primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and understanding their unique business needs.
  • Proactively monitor and analyze customer needs and performance metrics to identify expansion opportunities.
  • Provide timely and effective customer support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with payabl. banking operations team to resolve challenges promptly.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to assess their satisfaction, gather feedback, and align on their evolving needs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, offering strategic recommendations on utilizing our solutions to achieve clients' business goals.
  • Work closely with Sales, AML, and Operations teams to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expansion within existing accounts. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by understanding clients' expansion plans and suggesting additional features or services.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and progress in our CRM system.
  • To assist with special projects/requests and other tasks as assigned by the Head of Banking as they occur.

What we need:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. 
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in business development, sales, or a related role, with a strong preference for experience in the fintech or payments industry. 
  • Demonstrated success in client acquisition and market expansion initiatives. 
  • Deep insight of the payments sector, including key trends, regulatory environment, and competitive landscape. 
  • Strong understanding of customer success metrics and KPIs, with a track record of driving positive outcomes.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. 
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. 
  • Fluent in English, with additional language skills considered a plus. 
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet business objectives.
