Job Title: Client Relations Assistant
Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Relations Assistant to support our growing team. This role focuses on maintaining strong client relationships, assisting with virtual assistant onboarding, managing emails, and supporting contract drafting. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and highly skilled in client communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client communications, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Assist in onboarding virtual assistants, including orientation, training documentation, and initial support.
- Help draft, review, and manage client contracts and agreements under supervision.
- Support email management, including monitoring inboxes, categorizing messages, and drafting responses.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation for smooth internal operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Experience with client-facing roles or virtual assistant coordination is a plus.
- Familiarity with contract drafting or legal document management is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar platforms.
