As a Client Partner for X, you will drive revenue growth across Bulgaria and Romania by aligning advertisers’ business objectives with X’s advertising solutions. Acting as a strategic consultant to agencies and direct clients, you will build strong partnerships and deliver high-impact media strategies across both markets.
This is a highly commercial, client-facing role suited for a proactive sales professional who combines strong relationship management with data-driven thinking and a passion for digital media.
What you'll do
Drive revenue growth for X by aligning advertiser business goals with platform solutions through a consultative sales approach
Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, agencies, and direct clients across Bulgaria and Romania
Develop compelling proposals and presentations leveraging data, insights, and market trends to deliver strategic media solutions
Own campaign delivery and reporting in partnership with Client Solutions, providing actionable insights on performance drivers (products, budget allocation, costs, creative efficiency against defined KPIs)
Partner with Aleph’s internal sales organization to onboard priority accounts and elevate clients to preferred partner status
Lead client conversations, workshops, and presentations — positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and X product champion
Own and be fully accountable for quarterly and annual revenue targets, pipeline management, and growth objectives
Collaborate cross-functionally to implement strategic initiatives and operational projects that ensure client success and business growth
Maintain strong market intelligence on industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs
What you need for this role
4+ years of experience in marketing, brand advertising, media sales, or online advertising
Proven track record of driving revenue and managing client relationships
Established relationships with advertisers, agencies, and decision-makers in Bulgaria and/or Romania
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and mobile advertising; experience with auction-based/self-serve platforms is a strong plus
Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with confidence presenting to senior stakeholders and large audiences
Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
Creative, collaborative, and highly goal-oriented with an energetic approach to sales
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or a related field
Fluency in English required; Bulgarian required, and Romanian is a strong advantage
