Strategic Client Leadership
Performance Strategy: Lead the shift from Brand Awareness to Direct Response (DR). You will consult clients on how to use Snap to drive measurable business outcomes, such as app installs, web conversions, and retail sales.
Technical Consultation: Mastery of the Snap Ads Manager. You will provide hands-on guidance on pixel implementation, catalog integration, and auction-based bidding strategies.
Position Aleph as a strategic digital partner to agencies and direct clients
Strategic Storytelling: Translate complex campaign data into cohesive, high-level narratives for C-level stakeholders and Agency Leads.
Deliver compelling proposals, pitches, and commercial strategies aligned with client objectives
Market & Cross-Functional Impact
Collaborate with Client Solutions Managers, tech, and support teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Monitor market trends and proactively unlock new business opportunities.
Contribute to scalable best practices that drive sustainable growth across markets.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in digital media sales or performance marketing. You must have a proven track record of hitting and exceeding high-volume sales quotas.
Performance DNA: Deep understanding of the "lower funnel." You know how to talk to performance buyers about attribution models, tracking, and ROI.
Market Network: A strong existing network within the Irish agency landscape and experience dealing directly with "Digital First" brands.
Meticulous Execution: As the role requires handling detailed reporting and platform settings, you must have a high level of attention to detail and a "get-it-done" attitude.
Communication: Native-level fluency in English with the ability to build trust quickly in a competitive market.
