Join our Segregated Client Onboarding Team and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional onboarding and change management services for institutional clients. What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading end-to-end implementation of new segregated client mandates across the business
  • Co-ordinating legal, operational and transitional tasks to achieve client funding objectives
  • Managing projects and timelines to deliver successful onboarding events
  • Reviewing and negotiating client service level standards and reporting requirements
  • Building strong relationships across business areas and driving process improvements
  • Acting as an internal consultant to relationship managers, providing technical expertise
  • Facilitating client meetings and calls, providing transparent progress updates
  • Maintaining and enhancing processes to support a risk-controlled and compliant environment

Who we’re looking for:

  • Strong academic background, ideally degree qualified (2:1 or equivalent)
  • Proven track record in project management within an asset management environment
  • Solid investment knowledge across different vehicle options and asset classes
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, able to explain complex concepts clearly
  • Experience in client onboarding and change management for institutional clients
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships and influence outcomes effectively
  • Highly organised, proactive and detail-focused with strong problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of FCA regulations and governance frameworks
