Purpose of your role
The Client Manager will be responsible for providing an exceptional level of service to OFX customers by identifying foreign exchange solutions to fit their needs, booking deals with accuracy, and following up with clients diligently to meet individual and group conversion targets. The Client Manager is responsible for a customer’s journey from registration to the time of booking their first international payment – following up by phone or email as required. Also, they will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key corporate accounts.
