With an overall focus on growth and operational success, the Client Executive is the primary Advantmed contact for their assigned clients. He/she will be responsible for cultivating and managing key client relationships to inform our strategic partnership, retain and grow our current business, and to plan and execute the successful completion of client projects.
· Serves as a consultant for clients, and internal stakeholders, to design and deploy a successful customer strategy that is aligned with both regulatory requirements and the statement of work.
· Manages day to day relationship with Advantmed client partners and ensures best in class service through oversight of client activities.
· Provides business oversight to ensure objectives are executed, pro-actively managing client expectations as required.
· Coordinates and works closely with internal stakeholders.
· Ensures a deep understanding of client organizations relationship map, strategic goals (financial and operational), business plans and priorities.
· Serves as a subject matter expert on Advantmed products and services.
· Creates and leads periodic business review meetings geared towards ensuring client satisfaction, setting client expectations, account planning and relationship management.
· Regularly channels client feedback regarding Advantmed performance, solutions, and areas of improvement to internal Advantmed stakeholders.
· Achieves client retention and growth targets for assigned book of business.
· Proactively manages the client renewal process, including negotiations and contract execution.
Requirements
· 5+ years’ account management experience
· Healthcare industry experience required; specifically, HEDIS, Risk Adjustment or Health Assessment experience strongly preferred.
· Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment.
· Proven ability to influence client constituents through consultative communication at all levels of client organizations, including C-Level.
· Ability to proactively manage multiple clients maintaining client satisfaction and managing client expectations.
· Ability to foster strong relationships and be viewed as knowledgeable and a trusted client partner.
· Outstanding presentation and communication skills, ability to prepare and deliver presentations that convey critical information to meet the needs of the audience.
· Excellent verbal, written and analytical skills.
