They’re now seeking Client Engagement Lead to join their growing team.
Fully remote – work from home anywhere in North QLD
6 month fix contract then perm working full time hours each week
$43.72 ph + super whilst on fixed term
$86,383 + super + NFP salary packaging once perm

As our Client Engagement Lead, you’ll guide a team of 10+ Client Consultants who support clients through inbound and outbound engagement. You’ll oversee escalations, coach the team on quality conversations, and ensure we’re qualifying client needs with care, curiosity, and consistency.
You’ll be hands-on, sales driven, empathetic, analytical, and solutions-focused - balancing daily operations with strategic thinking. As we evolve, you’ll play a major role in building processes, embedding structure, and identifying opportunities to improve how we engage and support our clients.
This is a perfect role for someone who is confident leading in an environment that’s still growing, shaping, and scaling.
Oversee day-to-day client engagement including inbound/outbound calls, escalations, and stakeholder liaison
Use your sales expertise to improve conversion, nurture client relationships, and strengthen outcomes
Coach, mentor, and inspire a team of consultants - supporting capability, culture, and performance
Explore add-on service opportunities that enhance client outcomes
Analyse trends and insights, providing recommendations to senior leaders
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and elevate the client experience
Ensure we meet growth, retention, and client satisfaction goals
You’re the type of leader who:
Has strong, proven experience in sales or conversion-focused roles, ideally blending performance with empathy
Thrives in ambiguity and enjoys building from the ground up
Uses data and insight to improve performance
Is confident coaching others through difficult conversations
Is commercially minded while still deeply client-centred
Can balance daily operations with high-level thinking
Is proactive, process-driven, and excellent at prioritising
