We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Client Director with 8–12 years of experience in digital marketing and client leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts
  • Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Develop integrated full-funnel digital strategies (awareness, consideration, conversion, retention)
  • Build strong, long-term client partnerships at senior stakeholder level
  • Collaborate with internal teams (performance, media, creative, content, analytics) to ensure delivery excellence
  • Monitor account performance and ensure client satisfaction, retention, and profitability
