What you will do:
Cultivate long-term partnerships as the leader of strategic accounts
Serve as a point of reference for programmatic to clients through a consultative approach
Constantly and proactively look for new opportunities within a book of business
Conduct regular in-person meetings for exceptional customer service;
Communicate effectively through various channels, meeting high standards and processes;
Address customer inquiries and requests promptly and professionally;
Pitch / Provide detailed information on our innovative services and products;
Support customers in launching successful ad campaigns;
Deliver persuasive performance reports and QBR presentations to key clients;
Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and act as a mentor for junior colleagues;
Drive impactful projects in account management, becoming a go-to expert;
High level monitoring of campaigns internally to ensure excellence in programmatic media delivery.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Experience in online advertising campaigns’ management, preferably for Fortune 1000 clients;
Experience in digital media agencies handling branding, video, and full-funnel campaigns;
Strategic thinking and ability to plan / execute plan to drive business growth for a client
Proficiency in DSPs;
In-depth understanding of agency campaign cycles and decision drivers;
Proven success in creating and managing media plans;
Persuasive communicator with negotiation and presentation skills;
MS Office expertise: Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and customer-focused skills;
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities;
Multi-tasking, high-energy, and resourceful mindset;
Strong motivation and ability to inspire others;
Advanced English is a must
