Overview of the role 

As a Client Consultant on the Partnerships team, you will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing relationships with some of Euromonitor's biggest client companies in terms of spending in the APAC region. You will be responsible for understanding their needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to client management, with a focus on delivering exceptional value and driving long-term partnerships and ultimately generate revenues from the accounts.  

Key responsibilities  

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients at Partnership accounts in the APAC region. 
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions. 
  • Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly. 
  • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within existing client accounts. 
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients. 
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to provide valuable insights to clients. 
  • Represent Euromonitor at industry events and conferences as needed. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business Studies 
  • Highly motivated and conscientious professional with a proven sales track record in managing B2B client relationships to deliver incremental revenue 
  • Proven track record in consultative sales is an advantage 
  • Experienced negotiator 
  • Strong networking, presentation and communications skills  
  • Passion for international affairs, business economics and corporate strategic planning 
  • Goal-oriented, creative and self-motivated; excellent time management skills  
  • Oral and written fluency in English. South East Asia language is a plus but not mandatory to liaise with counterparts within the region
