As a Client & Implementation Manager, you’ll partner with clients throughout their lifecycle—leading implementations, ensuring ongoing success, and identifying opportunities for growth.
You’ll act as a trusted advisor, combining technical expertise with business insight to solve complex challenges and maximize client ROI.
What You’ll Do
Become a subject matter expert in Symplicity solutions and how they transform client operations.
Lead discovery workshops to capture requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
Map solution capabilities to client needs and deliver tailored implementations, including project planning, system configuration, and training.
Manage projects with precision—meeting timelines and maintaining clear, proactive communication.
Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring they achieve measurable success.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with Account Executives to drive growth.
Share client success stories with our marketing team to showcase impact.
Monitor client health, mitigate risks, and implement strategies to maintain high satisfaction.
Encourage engagement through webinars, roadshows, and feedback sessions.
Act as a client advocate, collaborating with internal teams (Support, Engineering, Marketing, Sales).
Assist with operational tasks such as invoices and new sales quotes.
Be open to occasional travel for client visits.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Strong technical aptitude and solution fluency.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
