Position Title: Client Advisor Assistant (US Mortgage)
Location: Remote | Full-Time
JVM Lending, a leading U.S.-based mortgage company, is seeking a highly skilled Client Advisor Assistant for a permanent remote position. In this role, you’ll help manage mortgage leads, assist clients directly, and support the loan application process to ensure a smooth experience for our borrowers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients via phone and email to gather necessary information and answer questions.
- Assign and manage mortgage leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates.
- Assist clients in completing loan applications accurately.
- Monitor and organize the leads inbox efficiently.
- Review and organize loan application documents.
- Create and analyze mortgage scenarios.
- Coordinate with loan officers and team members to streamline processing.
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Must be a Filipino citizen currently residing in the Philippines
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) with professional phone etiquette
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to review and analyze financial documents
- Understanding of mortgage lead management and loan processing workflows
- Experience in U.S. mortgage processing or a related field (preferred)
- Proficiency in CRM systems and mortgage software such as Encompass, Blend, or Salesforce (preferred)
