What You'll Do



Master Financial Analysis First
You'll go through extensive training on how to analyze financial documents, assess credit, and determine loan eligibility. This expertise is what allows you to qualify leads effectively and speak credibly with clients.


Connect With Leads Quickly
Reach out to warm leads from our business development team and online inquiries. You'll make 100+ calls per week - a mix of initial outreach and strategic follow-up.


Qualify and Convert
Run initial pre-qualification conversations to assess whether a borrower is ready to move forward. You'll ask the right questions, spot red flags early, and decide fast whether to push for documents or move on.


Get Clients to Submit Documents
Your job is to get qualified buyers to submit financials for full pre-approval. You'll explain the process clearly, build trust quickly, and move deals forward with urgency.


Protect Your Team's Time
You're the first line of defense. By qualifying leads upfront, you ensure the analysts only work on deals that have real potential to close.


Lead a Mini-Team
Manage one or more virtual assistants - coordinating their work, providing direction, and building early leadership experience.
