We have a nationwide workforce, with more than 1/4 of our team being fully remote from outside the Portland and Vancouver Metro area. However, given the nature of responsibilities in this role, preference will be given to local candidates who are located in the Pacific timezone and able to be onsite at clients periodically. Interviews will be held virtually in most cases.
We don’t just accommodate remote work, we invite it, support it, and celebrate it. While the responsibilities of this role necessitate hiring someone located in the Pacific time zone and willing to travel to client locations in Oregon and Washington, we trust you to get your work done, whether you’re in person, hybrid, or fully remote.
Our leadership team knows that public accounting is a demanding profession, which is the very reason for our ‘people-first’ culture. What works best for you works best for us.
Empowering our staff with ample time off is central to how we operate and an important component to giving you the time you need to recharge. In addition to 3 weeks of PTO, enjoy 14.5 paid holidays and paid leave options, including parental leave.
We’re looking for a Client Accounting Associate to support our growing winery practice group. This person will leverage their wine experience and damn good accounting skills to provide bookkeeping and financial analysis for clients.
We’ll give you the tools and resources to do your best work and mentorship programs that go above and beyond standard training, including self-selected development courses and career coaches. Our open-door policy gives you easy access to leadership, and our “choose your own adventure” approach to career development allows you to grow your career the way you want. We invite you to focus on your passions, promote you when you’re ready, and celebrate each career milestone you experience with us.
This role will be varied and have a broad scope of responsibility, but if we were to narrow it down to four major categories, they would be:
