The Client Access Coordinator supports our company’s growth by playing a key role in supporting our data abstraction team. Working with our Client Access, Information Systems, and Client Services teams, you will help our hospital partners improve the quality of their patient care.

Essential Functions:

  • Partner and build relationships with health system personnel to establish secure electronic access to patient records and other protected health information, thereby enabling our team members to perform remote clinical data abstraction.
  • Coordinate with our Project Managers and our remote clinical data abstraction team to complete staff credentialing for new and existing clients.
  • Ensure that our team members can access their assigned hospitals’ remote systems by continually assessing their credentials and the clients’ system needs.
  • Identify process improvements and propose innovative solutions to create efficiencies and enhance communications.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • A Bachelor's degree, though candidates with an Associate's degree and the right experience will be considered
  • 1+ years of experience in administrative support in a fast-paced, complex environment

The target hourly rate for this role is $19.23 - 21.63 an hour. An individual’s hourly pay within this range is based on multiple factors including but not limited to skills, experiences, licensure, certifications, and other business and organizational considerations. Salary ranges are reviewed, at minimum, annually and all team members are eligible for performance-based salary increases during our organization’s annual review period. The annual bonus payout may be higher or lower than target, dependent on individual and company performance and is considered variable pay.
