LOCATION: SALESFORCE, London

PAY RATE: £16.31 per hour

SHIFT PATTERN: Monday to Friday ( 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm) Flexible schedule: Start times may vary occasionally, depending on operational needs, 15 hours per week

ABM UK, a leading provider of facility service solutions in the UK, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations of our client's office spaces during the shift. Your attention to detail, strong leadership skills, and ability to motivate a team will contribute to the overall success of our facility service solutions. 

Responsibilities 

• Supervise and coordinate the cleaning team to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations 

• Train and onboard new cleaning staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge 

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met and maintained 

• Manage and maintain cleaning schedules and assignments 

• Provide guidance and support to cleaning staff, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise 

• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed 

• Adhere to health and safety guidelines and ensure staff compliance 

• Perform floor cleaning once per week or as required, including carpets and hard floors during the shift. 

Requirements 

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry, preferably within a blue-chip company 

• Strong knowledge of office cleaning techniques, equipment, and products 

• Excellent leadership and communication skills 

• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities 

• Attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high cleaning standards 

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
