Cleaner Driver - Medical Waste

We are currently on the search for enthusiastic and energetic staff to join us on our journey on both a full-time basis and build a career in the Hygiene industry. Initial Hygiene has been providing Sanitary, Washroom Hygiene and Medical Waste Collection Services globally since 1903.

We are currently looking for a Medical Waste Collection Driver to join our team on a full-time permanent basis, working Monday to Friday, servicing the Sydney area. This role requires early starts (between 4 am - 7 am), which gives you an excellent work-life balance and afternoon family time. 

This is a great opportunity for someone who strives to deliver fantastic customer service while enjoying being on the road, working autonomously whilst meeting new people, and maintaining the quality hygiene to Initial’s standard.

All training will be paid for by us, and we will pay you a wage as you go through your training.

What we do need from you is:

• Australian LR License is required
• Cleaning or related industry experience
• Excellent customer service skills to manage, maintain, and build upon client relationships
• Communicate to internal stakeholders and clients both orally and in writing
• Physically fit and the ability to work autonomously and drive long distances
• High attention to detail to maintain high standards and achieve set targets
• An ability to consistently work within both our client's and Initial safety parameters
• Confident using a mobile phone service app/tablet
• As part of the recruitment process, you will be required to complete pre-employment medical, references, and police checks, and be able to provide us your WWCC.
