We are hiring a Civil Engineer to join our team in Maumee, Ohio.

What You'll Own
- Support civil engineering projects across land development, site design, municipal infrastructure, drainage, and transportation
- Assist with and eventually lead technical work including:
- Grading and drainage design
- Utility coordination
- Stormwater management
- Permitting and regulatory submittals
- Construction documentation
- Coordinate with clients, project engineers, contractors, and agencies throughout project execution
- Support construction-phase activities to help keep projects on schedule and within budget
- Assist with permit applications, grant-related documentation, and project submittals as needed
- Grow into increased project ownership and client-facing responsibilities over time
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related engineering discipline
- 2–6 years of civil engineering experience
- Candidates in the 3–5 year range are especially encouraged to apply
- Strong entry-level candidates will also be considered
- Experience in land development is highly preferred
- Site design, grading, utilities, and entitlements are a strong plus
- EIT certification or active pursuit of PE licensure is a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and coordination skills
- Ability to work fully onsite, five days per week, in Maumee, OH
