KPFF is seeking a self-motivated civil engineer for a project management role focusing on projects for public clients (non-transportation) in our Portland, Oregon office.   • Registered PE with a minimum of 7 years of experience (PE preferred, not required)
  • Civil background including land development, utilities, stormwater/drainage design, parks, ports and public improvements
  • Project management experience (business development experience is a plus)
  • AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency 
  • Superior written and verbal communication abilities, with experience in direct client interactions
  • Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects and priorities
  • Passionate about providing exceptional client service

Compensation

The base salary for this role is competitive and will be determined based on the candidate's experience, education, and skills. The expected range for a qualified candidate for this Civil Engineer position is $95,000-$115,000. Additionally, we offer performance-based bonuses to recognize and reward outstanding contributions in each Reporting Center. KPFF is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
