  • Support senior engineers in evaluating design alternatives and solving technical challenges.
  • Collaborate with teams across planning, environmental, surveying, and other disciplines.
  • Engage in design training and mentoring activities that build technical foundation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • 0–3 years of experience (internships or co-ops encouraged).
  • EIT certification or ability to obtain within 12 months.
  • Familiarity with Civil 3D (preferred, not required).
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and curiosity about public infrastructure.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 per year
