City Operations Supervisor (Laguna)

TLDR

Drive local operational excellence in transportation by overseeing departmental functions, performance targets, and regulatory compliance.

  • Oversee local operations with respect to departmental functions, administration, and workforce supervision.
  • Achieve local performance targets.
  • Enhance operational procedure and business processes according to local standards.
  • Serve as a company representative for any regulatory and local government requirements.
  • Duties and responsibilities will include interviewing, selection, and hiring; training new and existing employees; planning assigning, and directing work; authoring and discussing with employee’s performance and corrective action plans; employee motivation and rewards.
  • Biker journey management: Leads generation, onboarding, incubation, retention, offboarding.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
  • Proficiency in transportation management software, GPS tracking systems, and data analysis tools.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Preferably, the candidate should be knowledgeable about driving and operating a motorcycle.
