City Operations Supervisor (Calabarzon)

TLDR

Lead operations management and performance improvement initiatives while overseeing a team and ensuring compliance with local regulations in the transportation sector.

Oversee local operations with respect to departmental functions, administration, and workforce supervision.
Achieve local performance targets.
Enhance operational procedure and business processes according to local standards.
Serve as a company representative for any regulatory and local government requirements.
Duties and responsibilities will include interviewing, selection, and hiring; training new and existing employees; planning assigning, and directing work; authoring and discussing with employee’s performance and corrective action plans; employee motivation and rewards.
Biker journey management: Leads generation, onboarding, incubation, retention, offboarding.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
Proficiency in transportation management software, GPS tracking systems, and data analysis tools.
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferably, the candidate should be knowledgeable about driving and operating a motorcycle.
