Your Next Role:

  • 3 month temp contract with potential for extension or permanency
  • Mon-Fri 9am-5pm onsite in Tuggerah (consistent full time hours each week)
  • Inbound/outbound contact centre role supporting customers with Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) navigation
  • Customer onboarding and handling return calls to customers
  • Significant admin component including navigating multiple systems and capturing accurate notes
  • Determine customer interest in managing services, talk through service requirements, and send service agreements via DocuSign
  • Flexibility to work across wider Navigation business including data-admin activities and inbox management when needed

Training Programme:

  • Part-day training each day for 1 week
  • Blend of learning and doing – practical, hands-on approach
  • Join a tight-knit, supportive team environment

What You Need:

  • Minimum of 1 year recent inbound call centre experience
  • Willingness to take on different tasks depending on business requirements (non-negotiable)
  • Full-time availability across Mon-Fri
  • Happy to work onsite in the Tuggerah office
  • Can-do attitude and adaptability
  • Exceptional communication skills both verbally and written
  • Valid Police Check required
  • Ability to handle 20-30 calls daily and onboard 5-10 customers daily
