Security, privacy, and compliance as product strengths: treats GDPR and data protection as table stakes, and uses robust controls to unlock partnerships and scale.
- Pragmatic innovator: balances experimentation with operational excellence. Knows when to prototype, when to harden, and how to manage trade-offs across speed, cost, reliability, and long-term maintainability.
- Comfortable as the external technology voice: can explain strategy and risk clearly to investors, partners, customers, and candidates and make the company’s technical ambition feel credible.
- Entrepreneurial, mission-driven fit: excited to build the next generation of tools for self-employed professionals and small businesses, and to rally teams around testing new approaches and technologies that genuinely move the needle.
